Artificial Intelligence Policy

For Authors
Authors may use AI tools to improve language, readability, translation, or manuscript organization. Any use of AI must be disclosed in the manuscript or during submission. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted content. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

For Editors
Editors may use AI-assisted tools for technical and administrative purposes, such as language checking and plagiarism screening. Editorial decisions must always be made by humans. Unpublished manuscripts must not be uploaded to public AI platforms.

For Reviewers
Reviewers must not upload manuscripts, figures, tables, or any confidential submission materials to public AI systems. AI must not be used to generate peer-review reports or replace the reviewer's scientific judgment. The confidentiality of the peer-review process must be maintained at all times.

General Principles
AI may assist scholarly communication but cannot replace human accountability, authorship, editorial judgment, or peer-review responsibility. All AI use must be transparent, ethical, and consistent with publication integrity standards
